Israel "Izzy" Reyes
Managing Partner
Israel Reyes, a former Planning Board member and Planning Commissioner is a Certified Property Manager and Accredited Residential Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association.

As the Managing Partner of the Hancock Realty Group Companies, Israel spearheads HANCOCK’s strategic leadership and direction and oversees the day to day operations, providing clients with insightful revenue management, marketing and property management solutions.

Israel is a licensed Broker, Unrestricted Construction Supervisor and has over 20 years of business experience that includes banking, land development, and Real Estate investment brokerage. Mr. Reyes is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations and an Association Management Specialist with a focus on Financial Management through the Community Association Institute.

As an Asset Performance Expert, Israel specializes in underperforming properties, multi-site operations and creating marketing strategies that include today’s most sophisticated technologies and social media mediums to enhance the financial performance of assets under management.

Patricia Sanchez-Reyes
Senior Partner
Patricia Sanchez-Reyes, Co-Founder and Partner at Hancock Realty Group is a licensed Real Estate Agent in both Georgia and Massachusetts. Patricia has extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry, having been a Senior Manager at New York Life and Agent for Liberty Mutual for a combination of 21 years.

As a Series 6, 63, Life and Health, Property and Casualty License holder in both States, Patricia has a wealth of knowledge and strong track record in assisting investors, homeowners and tenants alike with providing sound advice on asset protection and long term strategic financial planning.

Patricia oversees the Sales & Leasing activities for Hancock and as Partner, eagerly offers her In-depth knowledge of the ever changing markets to all our clients. Her tenacity and relentless commitment toward the communities and clients we serve, were recently recognized when selected as recipient of the YWCA Tribute to Women Award, which honors women living and working in the community who have made remarkable contributions and serve as role models for other women.

Patricia attended Merrimack College and earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts with a concentration in Sociology. She also earned an Associate Degree in Business Management and Economics from Borough of Manhattan Community College in NYC.
